Brittany has led open source advisory councils, open source ambassador programs, open source contributions, InnerSource programs and the OSS gray areas in between at scale within large companies. Brittany currently is the co-chair for both the FINOS Open Source Readiness SIG and InnerSource SIG as well as sits on the Steering Committee with the ToDo Group. At Fannie Mae as the OSPO strategist, Brittany is sharing these best practices for OSS and InnerSource with the teams across the enterprise. Her main goal is to create a frictionless developer/centric environment in a way helps development to be better, faster, secure and innovative within FINTECH.
