Jeff LaCoursiere is the CTO of StratusTalk, a whitelbel hosted PBX platform offering services in the US and Caribbean. Jeff has 30+ years of telecom experience, mostly contracting to large tier one companies for core network architecture. StratusTalk started as a side project in the US Virgin Islands, and has grown over twenty years to service thousands of phones for a large number of whitelabel resellers. Jeff has dabbled in AI since long before LLMs, having taken a stab at beating the dog track in the early naughts with a custom backprop algorithm.
