How do you build a successful free & open source community?  When is a community considered successful?  How do you successfully manage a free & open source project?  If you find yourself asking these questions, then the FOSS Mentoring track at SCALE 12x is the track for you. We have gathered community leaders and experts from a variety of projects to share the knowledge and experiences they have gained from their respective projects.
