Phillip Leclair

Phillip Leclair is the CIO for the City of Pasadena and is responsible for leading innovation initiatives through use of technology, creating new online and mobile service delivery models, and maintaining effective IT operations. He’s been a champion for Open Data and spearheaded the first City sponsored hack-a-thon tied with the launch of the City’s Open Data site in 2014. Prior to the City, Phillip held positions as a consultant for an IT Management and Strategy consulting firm and with the City of New York.
