Store the Markdown files in a Git repository. Host that Git repository on Bitbucket or Github. Use issue trackers in Bitbucket or Github to identify needed documentation. Host Markdown files on web server and present documentation with MDwiki in a browser. Writing process is iterative and collaborative. Documentation improves over time based on feedback provided in issue tracker.
