Sarah Newman

Sarah is one of the owner-operators at, a virtual server provider with a focus on providing a consistent and accessible user experience. She started working at after growing dissatisfied with the typical corporate experience.

Her career started with FPGA development. She still actively works on both bare metal and Linux based embedded systems when not working on and hopes to see the day when x86 is no longer the architecture of choice in the data center. She has previously given presentations on netfilter, ansible, and apparmor at SVLUG.
