Fred Moyer

Fred Moyer is a Developer Evangelist with Circonus.com, and is the world’s biggest IRONdb fan. Previously he was a Staff Engineer at Turnitin.com, where he helped to develop and scale their web services to handle deadline based submission surges. Fred is a 2013 White Camel award winner, an Apache Software Foundation member, and a longtime contributor in the open source community. He holds engineering undergraduate degrees from UC Davis, and a graduate engineering degree from University of Nevada, Reno, where he engineered a computer data collection system for professional snowboarders.
