Mapping to Solve Real-World Problems

ESRI Open Source is a community based mapping tool in which all can contribute to populated data maps & open source projects. With access to the ESRI geographic info system, the general public can utilize distinct & conventional data to identify patterns & trends to address real-world problems. Users can form borderlines to increase safety & awareness through analysis of geospatial data and w/instant access to devices. This talk demonstrates how to strategically use GIS in a shared community approach to explore problems & develop solutions to improve our environment.
