The Cerritos Linux User Group was formed in January of 2000. They have recently been meeting in combination with LILAX on the second Saturday of each month from ~10:00am to 2:00pm at California State University Dominguez Hills, the venues on campus have varied.

The combined group's members are both linux afficionados and professionals whose numbers have been growing.
