Hamid Akhtar

Hamid has over twenty years of experience in software development and has been working with PostgreSQL for over a decade. Previously, he was part of EnterpriseDB, managing the official PostgreSQL installers for Windows, Linux, and macOS. At HighGo Software, Hamid was a leading PostgreSQL architect working on various in-house solutions, including in-memory solutions, ORC FDW, and various performance features. Hamid is currently the Engineering Tech Lead for PostgreSQL at Percona, where he contributes to both the PostgreSQL community and Percona's PostgreSQL offering.
